From Vermont to Wisconsin

We came home from Vermont, unpacked, turned around, and got on a plane to Wisconsin for one last summer hurrah before school starts next Thursday. (Not that school will slow us down much – we’ve got two fab trips planned in September.) As you can tell from the above picture, we’re getting into the Bucky Badger, Cheesehead, Wisconsin-is Number-One spirit. To wit:

Wisconsin is number one

The advent of children leaving me each morning for the entire day will afford me much more time to write about our adventures here – I’ve got about a month’s worth to share, from our trip to Boston to more about our visit to Stowe Mountain Lodge. Stay tuned.

And come back Monday for a chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card!

Have a great trip…I can’t wait to hear about your September trips! I am going to be in the same boat this school year as I will have 3.5 hours a day all to myself. I am not sure what to clean out or write about first!

I keep thinking I’ll have so much more time to write when the kids are back at school too, but I’m sure I’ll have another excuse then too.

Wisconsin is one of those places we’ve been wanting to get back to one of these days. We’ve been to the northern part of the state a couple of times, and we especially like the Bayfield/Apostle Islands area!
