Note: For the next few weeks as I prepare for some changes at the Mother of All Trips, I’m going to be sharing older content and photos. Hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane!
I don’t remember how the idea of Monday dreams popped into my head, but I do know that my very first post on this topic was published in September of 2008 (without a photo or a sharing widget!) and talked about the town in Norway from which my husband Matt’s family emigrated to the United States. I’m happy to report that this dream will become a reality in the summer of 2012.
Since that day I’ve published 128 Mondays are for Dreaming posts. In fact, I didn’t miss a single Monday in 2010. Today I share a few of my favorites, but I also wanted to say a huge thank you to the other bloggers who have come along on my dreaming journey for the past 31 months. I hope you’ve all enjoyed it as much as I have – and I hope you’ve got lots more dreams to share, because I know I have!
Without further ado, here are some dreams I’m especially fond of. (And if you’ve got one of your own to share, please do so using the form below the links):
- A somewhat melancholy dream of Venice
- A brilliant dream of Jaipur
- A childhood dream of Maine
- A Christmas dream of Paris

I LOVE that your family is planning a trip to Norway. The photograph is so beautiful. I really want to sit on that bench and contemplate that view… for a week!
Oooh I would love to guest dream sometime. Hope to connect with you soon.
