Gazing at the Florida palm trees

Tommy and Teddy at the Pink Shell Resort

I hope you’ll indulge me in  another sunset picture. Fort Myers Beach is one of those places that invites lots of them. Although it seems like the boys are gazing soulfully at the ocean, they are actually looking at the huge inflatable screen being set up by the pool at the Pink Shell Resort and Spa for their “Dive-In” Movie Night. Although he only lasted a few minutes floating in the water (it’s a little chilly after dark!) Tommy loved getting to stay up late and watch Monster House while munching on popcorn.

Many thanks to the Pink Shell who generously gave us a lovely room with an ocean view in Fort Myers Beach. Look for my full review of the resort coming soon.

I share this for Photo Friday at Delicious Baby. Hope you’ll stop over there so see some of the other fun and fabulous travel photographs. And have a great weekend!

  2. oh we so need to go there – how cool is that, dive in movies?? what a fantastic place! thanks for the great rec – and super cute photo.

  3. Beautiful.

  4. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited the Fort Myers area. I do like the slightly pinkish glow you’ve captured.

  5. One should NEVER miss a sunset at the beach. I find the best ones are when there are a few clouds in the sky for the light to bounce off of.
