Well, the seven-page detailed itinterary is printed. I have made six dinner reservations in French. My garden is watered, the laundry is done (thank you Matt). Amazon has delivered books with walking tours both grown up and more kid-oriented as well as a Quaint Corners of Paris.
Most importantly, thanks to the excellent suggestion of one of my compatriots at Mothertalkers, I have a Swiss Army knife to pique-nique all around Paris with wine and cheese in hand. I am ready!
Lift off is at 9:05 tomorrow. Next time you hear from me, it should be from Paris. Bon Voyage!
